Interneta komunikāciju izmantojums izglītībā: bezdarbnieku e─apmācība

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Interneta komunikāciju izmantojums izglītībā: bezdarbnieku e-apmācība”. Katrā sabiedrībā un sabiedrības attīstības posmā zināma daļa cilvēku ir bezdarbnieki. Informācijas sabiedrībā rodas jaunas profesijas, un liela daļa sabiedrības kļūst par bezdarbniekiem, kuri ir spiesti mainīt profesiju. Latvijā līdzīgi kā citās valstīs, lai piedāvātu profesijas karjeras iespējas, tiek pielietotas e-apmācības tehnoloģijas. E-apmācība palīdz izglītot bezdarbniekus, kuri nespēj katru dienu apmeklēt nodarbības klātienē, tādēļ bakalaura darbā aplūkotas šīs bezdarbnieku grupas. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt kā notiek divu konkrētu bezdarbnieku grupu ( māmiņas pēc bērna kopšanas atvaļinājuma un bezdarbnieki, kuriem noteikta invaliditāte) e-apmācība piedāvātajās specialitātēs (grāmatvežu un informācijas ievadīšanas operatora specialitātes) informācijas sabiedrības un e-izglītības kontekstā, kā arī noskaidrot bezdarbnieku sagatavotību darba tirgum un motivāciju iesaistīties darba tirgū. Darba teorētiskajā daļā aplūkoti informācijas sabiedrības koncepti, interneta loma sabiedrībā un e-apmācība bezdarbnieku izglītošanā. Pētāmais objekts ir divu veidu bezdarbnieku grupas – māmiņas pēc bērnu kopšanas atvaļinājuma un bezdarbnieki, kuriem noteikta invaliditāte. Informācijas iegūšanai izmantotas kvalitatīvās pētniecības metodes, fokusa grupas aptaujas un daļēji strukturētās ekspertu intervijas. Darbā noskaidrots, ka bezdarbnieku e-apmācība pilda Nodarbinātības valsts aģentūras teorētiski nospraustās funkcijas. Bezdarbnieki ir motivēti stāties jaunās darba attiecībās un konkurētspējīgi, lai atgrieztos darba tirgū. In every society and stage of society development there is a certain part of unemployed. In the information society arise new career possibilities and large part of the society becomes unemployed that are forced to change their career. Latvia, in common with other countries, also uses e-training methods to provide career possibilities. The e-training helps to educate unemployed people who cannot attend full-time training. That is why in the Bachelor's Paper the author discusses these groups of unemployed. The aim of the Bachelor’s Paper is to examine how the e-training is carried out in the two groups of unemployed people (women’s after a full-time parental leave and unemployed who have certain disability) in the provided specialities (speciality of accountant and information input operator) in the context of information society and e-training, as well as to study unemployed readiness for the labor market and their motivation to take a part in the labor market. The theoretical part consists of information society concepts, the role of the internet in the society and e-training for educating unemployed. In the paper were studied two unemployed groups – women’s after a full-time parental leave and unemployed who have certain disability. For information obtaining were used qualitative research methods, questionnaire of the focus groups and partly structured interviews of specialists. The work proves that e-training for unemployed people theoretically fulfils the set tasks of the State Employment Agency. Unemployed people are motivated to start a new job and they are competitive to return in the labor market. Key words: e-learning, internet communication, unemployment training
