Pētījums aplūko Latgales sakrālās arhitektūras pieminekļu saglabāšanas tendences no 20.gs.80.gadu beigām līdz mūsdienām. Sakrālās arhitektūras saglabāšanas veids ir atkarīgs no sabiedrības izpratnes, zināšanām, iespējām un attieksmes pret to. Latgales sakrālās arhitektūras pieminekļu atbilstošai saglabāšanai ir nepieciešama ciešāka sadarbība starp reliģiskajām organizācijām un kultūras mantojuma speciālistiem.The research looks at the conservation trends of Latgale sacral architectural monuments from the end of 80-ies 20th century to the present day. The conservation manner of sacral architecture depends on public awareness, knowledge, possibilities and attitude towards it. Close cooperation between religious organizations and heritage specialists is needed for proper conservation of Latgale sacral architectural monuments.
