Abstract
Maģistra darba tēma ir „Darbinieku komunicēšanās procesa pilnveide izglītības iestādē”.
Darba mērķis ir izstrādāt ieteikumus darbinieku komunicēšanās procesa pilnveidošanai Murjāņu sporta ģimnāzijā.
Maģistra darbs sastāv no divām daļām.
Teorētiskajā daļa ir aplūkoti jautājumi par komunikāciju un konfliktiem konkrētajā iestādē un strādājošo apmierinātību ar darbu.
Pētījuma daļā aprakstīti pētījuma dalībnieki,pētījuma veikšanas gaita un veikta rezultātu analīze.
Darba nobeiguma daļā ir apkopoti secinājumi,kā arī izstrādāti priekšlikumi darbinieku komunicēšanās procesa pilnveidei izglītības iestādē
The theme of Master’s paper is „Perfection of Employee Communication process in educational Institution”. The aim of the paper is to develop recommendations for Employee Communication improvement at Murjani sports school. Diploma paper consists of two parts: the theoretical and research part. The theoretical part considers the Communication, Conflict and Job Satisfaction matter in organization. The research part considers the description of research participants, process of research performance and performance of analysis and interpretation of results. According to the performed research and received information from all chapters, in the conclusion of this paper are generalized inferences, as well as performed proposals about Communication process improvement in educational Institution.
