Abstract

Anotacija Par pacienta un arstniecibas personas/iestades tiesisko attiecibu kodolu musdienu skatijuma ir uzskatama pacienta griba, kurai tieši un netieši ir pakartotas talakas pušu savstarpejas tiesiskas attiecibas. Promocijas darba galvenais merkis ir izstradat visus svarigakos komponentus aptverošu petijumu par daudzškautnaino pacienta gribas civiltiesisko aizsardzibu, analizejot pastavošas problemas, nepilnibas un piedavajot konkretus priekšlikumus to noveršanai. Darba struktura sastav no tris virzieniem: 1) analizeti pacienta gribas izteikuma pamatprincipi, un pacienta gribas nozime arstniecibas tiesisko attiecibu vesturiskaja attistiba; 2) darba petiti pacienta gribas izteikuma galvenie komponenti un tos ietekmejošie faktori; 3) ir izstradata pacienta gribas izteikumu veidu sistema, vertejot ari tiem atbilstošas formas prasibas. Atslegas vardi: pacients, griba, civltiesiska aizsardziba.Annotation Nowadays the kernel of legal relations of the patient and the medical person/establishment conditionally can be considered the patient's will. The main aim of the dissertation is develop a research including all most significant components about civil protection of multi-faceted patient’s will by analyzing the existing problems, drawbacks and offering specific suggestions to prevent them. The dissertation includes three directions. Firstly, there are analyzed the basic principles of patient’s will expression and the role of patient’s will in the historical development of legal relations in patient treatment. Secondly, the dissertation deals with the main components of patient’s will expression and factors influencing it. Thirdly, there is developed a system of the kinds of patient’s will expression evaluating the corresponding form requirements. Key words: patient, will, civil protection.
