Geriatrisko pacientu aprūpe sociālajā aprūpes nodaļā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: „Geriatrisko pacientu aprūpe sociālās aprūpes nodaļā”. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot aprūpes nodrošinājumu geriatriskajiem pacientiem sociālās aprūpes nodaļā. Pētījuma jautājums: kāda geriatrisko pacientu aprūpe tiek nodrošināta sociālās aprūpes nodaļā? Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un pētnieciskās daļas, kā arī 3 pielikumiem. Teorētiskajā daļā analizēta Kallistas Rojas (Callista Roy) māszinību teorija saistībā ar geriatrisko pacientu aprūpi sociālās aprūpes nodaļā, aprakstītas novecošanas rezultātā radušās veselības stāvokļa izmaiņas geriatriskiem pacientiem – imobilitāte, depresija un demence, inkontinence, kā arī apskatītas geriatrisko pacientu aprūpes īpatnības sociālās aprūpes nodaļā. Pētījuma veikšanai izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, instruments – intervija. Pētījuma respondenti – 5 geriatriskie pacienti vecumā virs 65 gadiem, kuri pētījuma veikšanas brīdī atradās sociālās aprūpes nodaļā.

The theme of paper: „Geriatric patient care in the social care department”. The purpose: to clarify the coverage of geriatric patients care in social care department. The research question: what geriatric patient care is provided in the social care department? Paper consists of theoretical and research parts, and 3 attachments. The theoretical part of the paper analyzes Callista Roy’s nursing theory in relation to geriatric patient care in the social care department, describes aging health changes of geriatric patients - immobility, depression and dementia, incontinence, as well as a survey of geriatric patient care peculiarities in the social care department. In the research is used a qualitative research method, the instrument - the interview. The respondents - 5 geriatric patients aged over 65 years who at the time of the research were in the social care department.
