Rēķinu automatizācija e-komercijas uzņēmumā

Abstract

Diplomdarba “Rēķinu automatizācija e-komercijas uzņēmumā” mērķis ir rēķinu automatizācijas skripta prototipa izstrāde, lai e-komercijas uzņēmumos automatizētu rēķinus arī juridiskām personām. Diplomdarbu sastāda četras nodaļas. Pirmajā nodaļā ir aplūkoti e-komercijas procesi un rēķina definīcija. Otrajā nodaļā tiek analizētas un uzskaitītas norēķinu plūsmas, izvirzīta pamatproblēma. Trešajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīta risinājuma mērķauditorija, izstrādāts risinājuma loģisks procesu apraksts un risinājuma skripts - prototips. Ceturtajā nodaļā tiek analizēts darba ietvaros veiktais pētījums. Darba noslēgumā tiek doti secinājumi par uzstādītajiem mērķiem un sniegti priekšlikumi par risinājuma vājajiem punktiem.

The purpose of diploma’s thesis "Invoice Automation in E-commerce Company” is to develop a billing automation script prototype so that e-commerce companies can automate invoices for legal entities as well. Diploma’s thesis consists of four chapters. In the first chapter invoicing, invoice processing and e-commerce processes are described. In the second chapter the main problem and target audience of the solution is stated. In the third chapter a logical description of the process and a script prototype is developed. In fourth chapter the results of the study are analyzed. At the end of diploma’s thesis conclusions are listed as well as proposals for improving the weak spots in the solution.
