Abstract

Autore uzskata, ka temats “Paralēlās banku sistēmas loma un attīstība” ir aktuāls, jo ēnu banku industrija ir svarīgs finanšu elements jebkurā valstī. Stabilāki un atbildīgāki finanšu tirgi ir priekšnosacījums izaugsmei un tādas uzņēmējdarbības vides radīšanai, kas ļauj uzņēmumiem uzplaukt, nodarboties ar jaunradi un paplašināt savu darbību. Tāpēc par izvēlēto tematu tika izvēlēta šī industrijas pētīšana, kas sabiedrībā ir nozīmīga un pēc autores domām būs aktuāla vēl ilgu laiku. Finanšu krīzes rezultātā ASV, Ķīnas un Eiropas Savienības ekonomika ir guvusi būtiskas izmaiņas un piedzīvojusi lielu atkopšanās ceļu uz pareizu finanšu darbību. Šobrīd situācija dotajos reģionos ir dažāda. Kaut arī ASV tiek uzskatīta par paralēlās banku sistēmas dzimteni, tur finanšu situācija ir nostabilizējusies, toties Ķīnā un it īpaši Eiropas Savienībā vēl ir manāma nenosvērtība. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir: veikt paralēlo banku sistēmu ASV, Ķīnā, Eiropā strukturētu novērtējumu krīzes laikā un mūsdienās, raksturojot tās lomu finanšu pasaulē, izstrādāt secinājumus, sniegt ieteikumus normatīvā regulējuma pilnveidošanai un ar paralēlo banku sistēmu saistītu risku mazināšanai. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 60 lappuses. Darbā iekļautas 7 tabulas un 25 attēli. Darbā izmantoti 56 literatūras avoti. Therefore, the chosen topic was chosen to research this industry, which is important in the society and, according to the author, will be relevant for a long time. As a result of the financial crisis, the economy of the USA, China and the European Union has undergone significant changes and has undergone a major recovery to sound financial performance. At present, the situation in the given regions varies. Although the United States is considered to be the home country of the parallel banking system, the financial situation has stabilized there, but in China, and in particular in the European Union, there is still insignificance. The goal of the Bachelor work is to: Conduct a parallel banking system in the US, China, Europe in a structured assessment of the crisis, and today, characterizing its role in the financial world, to draw conclusions and make recommendations for improving regulatory frameworks and reducing the risks associated with parallel banking systems.
