Atturēšanāas no noziedzīgu nodarījumu izdarīšanas un to ietekmējošie faktori

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir atturēšanās no noziedzīga nodarījuma izdarīšanas un to ietekmējošie faktori. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt, kādi faktori iespaido indivīdu atteikties no noziedzīga nodarījuma izdarīšanas, tā motivācijas, šķēršļu, psihisko un sociāli kulturālo, ārējo faktoru izpēte no kriminoloģijas skatu punkta. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi tēmas ietvaros tika izpētīti Latvijas un ārvalsts krimināltiesiskās zinātnes autoru darbi, psiholoģijas un filozofijas zinātnieku paustās atziņas, kriminālsoda politika, labprātīgas atteikšanās institūts Latvijas un ārvalstu normatīvajos aktos un tiesu praksē. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 52 lpp. Tajā ietvertas 5 galvenās nodaļas.

The topic of the Bachelor's work is someone refraining from committing a criminal offense and the factors affecting it. The aim of the Bachelor is to explore which factors impress someone and to refrain from committing a criminal offense. From a criminalogy view point I will discuss the persons motivation, the difficulty from reaffending, the psychological aspects and social cultural background. I also will look at the society the person live in and come from, the media surrounding. To achieve this goal I researched Latvian and foreign countries criminal scientists contribution, different psychological backgrounds and philosophys, penalty of criminal political, voluntart withdrawal from commission of criminal offense in Latvia and foreign country normative act and judical practice. The volume of this Bachelor work is 52 countaing 5 main chapters.
