Metaforas Ineses Zanderes un Luīzes Pastores bērnu grāmatās

Abstract

Maģistra darbā pētītas metaforas Ineses Zanderes un Luīzes Pastores bērnu grāmatās, par pamatu izmantojot kognitīvās lingvistikas skatījumu. Darba mērķis ir pētīt metaforu semantiku un funkcijas bērnu literatūrā. Pētījumā aprakstīta metafora tradicionālā un kognitīvās lingvistikas skatījumā un raksturota vārda nozīmes veidošanās bērnu valodā. Apkopots piemēru materiāls no sešiem dažādiem abu autoru darbiem, uzsvaru liekot uz Luīzes Pastores grāmatu “Laimes bērni” un Ineses Zanderes stāstu “Puika ar suni: stāsts par nosargātu noslēpumu. Pirmā burtnīca. Bailes”. Darba empīriskajā daļā analizētas metaforu avotjomas un mērķjomas katras autores darbos, izceļot līdzības un atšķirības, analizētas arī personifikācijas, metonīmijas un salīdzinājumi, konstatētas metaforu funkcijas šajos darbos un izdarīti secinājumi, radot pamatu tālākiem šīs tēmas pētījumiem. The master's thesis examines the metaphors in children's books by Inese Zandere and Luīze Pastore, using the perspective of cognitive linguistics as its foundation. The aim of the research is to investigate the semantics and functions of metaphors in children's literature. The study describes metaphors from both traditional and cognitive linguistics viewpoints and characterizes the formation of word meanings in children's language. A collection of examples from six different works by both authors has been compiled, with a focus on Luīze Pastore's book “The Laime Children” and Inese Zandere's story “The Boy with a Dog: A Tale of a Safeguarded Secret. First Workbook. Fear”. The empirical part of the thesis analyses the source and target domains of metaphors in each author's works, highlighting similarities and differences as well as analyzing personifications, metonymies, similes and revealing the functions of the metaphors. As a result, the conclusions are made on which basis further research possibilities on this topic are provided.
