Sabiedrības līdzdalība lēmumu pieņemšanas procesos: interneta komunikācijas risinājumi

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Sabiedrības līdzdalība lēmumu pieņemšanas procesos: interneta komunikācijas risinājumi” aplūkota sabiedrības līdzdalības veidošanās un problemātika Latvijas interneta komunikācijas telpā, apliecinot, ka esošā līdzdalība, ņemot vērā interneta saziņas iespējas, ir neatbilstoši zema. Darbā aplūkotas teorētiskās atziņas par J. Hābermāsa raksturotajām publiskajām sfērām un to attīstību līdz mūsdienu virtuālajā telpā radītām sfērām, kā arī interneta mediētu komunikāciju, ar ko jaunā publiskā servisa ietvaros tiek realizēta sabiedrības līdzdalība. Pētījumam izmantotas intervijas, interneta rīku lietotāju aptauja un interneta vietņu kontentanalīze. Tā rezultāti sniedz vērtējumu valsts pārvaldes un iedzīvotāju komunikācijai interneta platformās, kā arī ieteikumus tās uzlabošanai.

Bachelor paper „Civic engagement in decision-making procedures: solutions for Internet communication” is a study of the emergence and problems of civic engagement in Latvia in the field of Internet communication, showing that existing level of engagement is inadequately low considering the potential of Internet interaction tools. The paper provides an overview of theoretical concepts of both J. Habermas’ „public spheres” – their development and transformation into modern virtual world spheres, as well as Internet-mediated communication in the framework of new public service. Interviews, on-line survey and content analysis of Internet sites provided data for research. Evaluation of communication between public service and citizens via Internet platforms and improvement are provided.
