Tuberkulozes pacientu līdzestība ārstēšanas laikā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Tuberkulozes pacientu līdzestība ārstēšanas laikā”. Tēma ir aktuāla ar to, ka tuberkuloze kā infekciju slimība ir bīstama visai sabiedrībai, un veiksmīgas izārstēšanas pamatā ir pacientu līdzestība. Bakalaura darbs tiek izstrādāts ar mērķi noskaidrot tuberkulozes pacientu līdzestību ārstēšanas laikā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir: 1. Veikt literatūras analīzi par tuberkulozi, tās ārstēšanu un aprūpi, par līdzestības nosacījumiem ilgstošas ārstēšanas laikā; 2. Izstrādāt aptaujas anketu; 3. Veikt respondentu atlasi un aptauju pulmonoloģijas kabinetā un stacionāra nodaļā; 4. Apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus; 5. Izdarīt secinājumus par apstākļiem, kas traucē tuberkulozes pacientu līdzestībai. Bakalaura darbam tiek izvirzīta hipotēze: tuberkulozes pacientu līdzestība ārstēšanas laikā ir pietiekama. Pētniecības instruments: anketa ar 22 jautājumiem Pētniecības metode: kvantitatīva Pētījuma dalībnieki: 100 tuberkulozes pacienti, kuri pašreiz saņem ārstēšanas kursu un kuri to ir pabeiguši. Veicot anketu apkopojumu un analīzi, izvirzītā hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies – tuberkulozes pacienti ir līdzestīgi ārstēšanas laikā. The theme of this bachelor thesis is "Patient Compliance during the Treatment Process of Tuberculosis". This theme is very topical, because Tuberculosis as an infection disease is a treat for whole society and patient compliance is important factor for succesful treatment. This bachelor thesis have been developed with an aim to examine patient compliance during the treatment process. Research aims are: 1. Perform literature analysis about treatment of Tuberculosis, as well as, patient compliance during the long-term treatment process; 2. To develop a questionnaire; 3. To select respondents and fill the questionnaire in pulmonology cabinet and outpatient department; 4. Summarize and analyze the results; 5. Make conclusions about the obstacles that disturbs patient complaince during the treatment. Hypothesis of this research: Patient compliance during the treatment process of Tuberculosis is sufficient. Research tool: questionnaire with 22 questions Research method: Quantitative Participants of research: 100 tuberculosis patients who participates in treatment or have finished it. Performing the questionnaire analysis, the hypothesis has been accepted - Tuberculosis patients are compliant during the treatment process.
