Darba samaksas organizācija un iekšējās kontroles pilnveidošanas iespējas uzņēmumā SIA „BDG Grupa”

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt SIA „BDG Grupa‖ darba samaksas organizāciju un iekšējo kontroli, izstrādāt priekšlikumus to pilnveidošanai un uzlabošanai. Maģistra darbs strukturēts piecās nodaļās. Pirmajā daļā tiek iepazīti darba samaksas organizācijas teorētiskie aspekti. Otrajā nodaļā - iekšējās kontroles teorētiskie aspekti. Trešajā nodaļā tiek pētīta būvniecības nozare un darba samaksa tajā. Ceturtajā nodaļā - uzľēmuma SIA „BDG Grupa‖ darbības un grāmatvedības kārtošanas raksturojums. Piektajā nodaļā autors veic darba samaksas organizācijas un iekšējās kontroles raksturojumu. Maģistra darbs pamatojas uz LR normatīvo aktu prasībām, speciālās literatūras, interneta pieejamiem resursiem, anketas rezultātiem, kā arī SIA „BDG Grupa‖ nepublicētiem materiāliem. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 95 lappuses, 10 tabulas, 10 attēli un 2 pielikumi. Atslēgvārdi: darba samaksas organizācija, iekšējā kontrole, būvniecība, SIA „BDG Grupa".

The aim of the Master’s paper is to investigate organization of wage and internal controls of the company “BDG Grupa” Ltd., and to develop proposals for perfecting and improving them. Master's paper is developed in five parts. In the first part the theoretical aspects of the organization of wage are explored. The second - the theoretical aspects of internal control. There is construction industry and wages in it examined in the third part. In the fourth part deals with the characterization of the activity and accounting of the company “BDG Grupa” Ltd.. There is a description of the wage organization and internal controls in the fifth part. Master's paper is based on the legislation requirements of the Republic of Latvia, specific literature, Internet-based resources, the results of the questionnaire materials of “BDG Grupa” Ltd.
