Abstract
Darbā ir izpētīta iespēja noteikt augu tauku klātbūtni piena taukos, izmantojot kapilāro gāzu hromatogrāfiju un tika salīdzināti rezultāti, ko sniedz triglicerīdu noteikšanas analīzes ar gāzu hromatogrāfijas metodi paraugiem ar dažādu augu eļļu saturu.
Possibility of determination of presence of non - milk fat in milk fats was evaluated in this paper. It was used capillary gas chromatography and compared results from triglycerides analyses by gas chromatography for samples with different vegetable oil content in it.
