| dc.description.abstract | Benzpinakona un tā piemaisījumu sadalīšana ar apgrieztās fāzes augsti efektīvo šķidrumu hromatogrāfiju. Ernstsons A., darba zinātniskā vadītāja doktorante Mg. chem. Rotkāja.O. bakalaura darbs, 35 lappuses, 21 attēls, 4 tabulas, 27 atsauces, 2 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā. Lai izstrādātu metodi benzpinakona un tā piemaisījumu sadalīšanai ar apgrieztās fāzes augsti efektīvo šķidrumu hromatogrāfiju eksperimentālajā daļā tika izmantotas divas kolonnas YMC Pack C8 un Cosmosil C18-MSII un divas kustīgās fāzes acetonitrils/ūdens, metanols/ūdens. Eksperimentu rezultātā tika noskaidrots, ka benzpinakona un tā piemaisījumu sadalīšanai piemērotāka ir Cosmosil C18-MSII kolonna un kustīgā fāze metanols/ūdens. | en_US |
