Sāpju vadīšana ginekoloģisko manipulāciju laikā ambulatorā praksē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Sāpju vadīšana ginekoloģisko manipulāciju laikā ambulatorā praksē. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka, ka sāpes joprojām ir viena no aktuālākajām problēmām pasaulē. 120 miljonu pieaugušo (20% no pasaules populācijas) cieš no sāpēm. Salīdzinājumā pēc operācijas veida 2013. gadā vienu no lielākajiem skaitļiem sastāda tieši sieviešu dzimumorgānu operācijas un manipulācijas ambulatorā praksē. Darba mērķis ir aprakstīt sāpju vadīšanu ginekoloģisko manipulācijas laikā ambulatorā praksē. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir veikt literatūras aprakstu un analīzi, veikt māszinību teorijas analīzi, izveidot pētījuma instrumentu – novērojuma protokols, veikt novērojumu, veikt iegūto rezultātu apkopošanu un analīzi, apkopot secinājumus un rekomendācijas. Izvirzītais pētījuma jautājums ir : kā plānota pretsāpju terapija un premedikācija nodrošina efektīvu sāpju vadīšanu? Pētniecības instruments: novērojuma protokols. Pētniecības metode – kvalitatīva pētniecības metode. No piecpadsmit novērojumiem, trijos novērojumos bija lietots pretsāpju medikaments (diclofenac un midazolam) un tika novērtēti ar kopējo punktu skaitu 1 un 0, kas parāda, ka sāpes nebija jūtamas un dod līdzvērtīgu rezultātu kā tiem respondentiem, kas nebija lietojuši medikamentus. No pētījuma rezultātiem izriet, ka plānota sāpju terapija ambulatorajā ginekoloģiskajā praksē ir relatīva, jo izvēle par pretsāpju līdzekļu lietošanu ir atstāta katra indivīda atbildībā.

Bachelor thesis - Pain management during gynecologic manipulations in ambulatory care. Topicality of the theme is determined by the pain still being one of the most pressing problems in the world. 120 million grownups (20% of world’s population) are suffering from pain. Compared by the type of surgery in 2013 one of the greatest figures constitute exactly female genital surgery and manipulation. Thesis goal is to describe pain management during gynecologic manipulation in ambulatory practice. Research objectives are to carry out a description and analysis of the literature, carry out nursing theory analysis, create research instrument - the observation protocol, carry out observations, summarize and analyze the obtained results, summarize the conclusions and recommendations. The raised research question is: How planned analgesics therapy and premedication provides effective pain management? Research tool – the observation protocol. Research method – qualitative research method. Of the fifteen observations, in three observations were used analgesic drug (diclofenac and midazolam) and have been assessed with a total score of 1 and 0, which shows that the pain was not felt and gave equivalent results as those respondents who were not taking medications. The research results show that a planned pain therapy in ambulatory gynecological practice is relative, since the choice of analgesics is left to each individual's responsibility.
