Tuvošanās aizlieguma institūts kriminālprocesā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā ierobežot personas ļaunprātīgos nolūkus kriminālprocesā pieejamā tuvošanās aizlieguma ietvaros. Lai sasniegtu bakalaura darba izvirzīto mērķi darba uzdevumos, ietilpst tuvošanās aizlieguma institūta izpētīšana. Pētījuma rezultātā darba autore secina, ka ir personas, kas ļaunprātīgi izmanto aizlieguma tuvoties patieso būtību, lai to novērstu, darba autore iesaka izveidot regulējumu, kurā ir noteiktas sankcijas personām, kuru aizsardzībai ir piemērots tuvošanās aizliegums, taču viņas to pārkāpj.

The purpose of the bachelor's thesis is to find out how to limit the malicious intentions of a person within the framework of the restraining order available in criminal proceedings. In order to achieve the goal, set by the bachelor's thesis, the tasks include researching the institute of restraining order. As a result of the research, the author of the work concludes that there are persons who abuse the true nature of the restraining order, to prevent it, the author of the work recommends creating a regulation that sets sanctions for persons for whose protection a restraining order has been applied, but they violate it.
