Abstract
Darbā ir apskatītas procesu uzlabošanas metodes. Analīzei ir izvēlētas trīs procesu uzlabošanas metodes: Liesā, Sešu Sigmu, Mērķis-Jautājums-Metrika. Apskatītas to izmantošanas iespējas un specifikācijas. Aprakstītas izmantojamas lidojumu datu sistēmas, lidojumu datu analīzei izmantotas datu bāzes. Dots ieskats lidojumu datu analīzes apstrādes procesiem. Ar Mērķis-Jautājums-Metrika metodes palīdzību ir izstrādāts lidojumu datu analīzes procesu uzlabošanas princips. Ar metodes trīs līmeņu modeļa palīdzību optimizēti pārskatu vaicājumu kodi un kopējais pārskatu izstrādes laiks.
The "Flight Operations Data Analysis Process Improvement” thesis analyses the following process improvement methods: Lean, Six Sigma and Goal-Question-Metric. A description of each method and associated options is detailed. Flight data systems and databases are specified and the flight data analysis development process is presented. The Goal-Question-Metric method is shown to improve the development of the flight data analysis process. The three level methods model has reduced the total time of reports and has optimized the development time of specific reports.
