| dc.description.abstract | Darbā ir veikta 5-hidroksimetil-2-furfurola (HMF) spektrofotometriska noteikšana balzamos ar Vaita un Vinklera metodēm un augstefektīvo šķidrumu hromatogrāfiju tiešās fāzes apstākļos. Visērtākā metode HMF noteikšanai ir augstefektīvā šķidruma hromatogrāfija, kas dod iespēju iegūt rezultātus īsā laikā un neprasa lielu darba ieguldījumu paraugu sagatavošanā. Pārbaudītajos balzama paraugos HMF tika noteikts robežās no 16 līdz 2000 mg/l. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Balsams are used both as medications and hard drinks. Carbohydrates and proteins present in raw materials used for production of balsams, during storage of balsams can react giving 5-hydroximethyl-2-furfural (HMF) – substance harmful for health of the consumers. In master’s research determination of HMF was provided by methods of spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). In the examined balsams the content of HMF was within limit from 16 to 2000 mg/l. | en_US |
