Abstract
Bakalaura darbā ir apkopota informācija par prenilgrupas izmantošanas iespējām hidroksilgrupas aizsardzībai. Izstrādātas metodes 2-metilprenilēteru iegušanai un 2-metilprenilamīna sintēzei. Iegūti vairāki 2-metilprenilgrupu saturošie ēteri, amīdi un sulfonamīdi. Izpētītas 2-metilprenilgrupas nošķelšanas iespējas no ēteriem, amīdiem un sulfonamīdiem. Tika izpētīta 2-metilprenilēteru un 2-metilprenilamīdu stabilitāte dažādos reakcijas apstākļos, ko, galvenokārt, izmanto prenilgrupas nošķelšanai.
The information of the use of prenyl group in hydroxyl group protection was summarized in this thesis. Methods for the synthesis of 2-methylprenyl ethers and 2-methylprenyl amine were developed. Different ethers, amides and sulfonamides containing 2-methylprenyl group were obtained. The cleavage of 2-methylprenyl ethers, amides and sulfonamides was investigated. Stability of 2-methylprenyl ethers and amides under various reaction conditions commonly used for the cleavage of prenyl ethers was investigated.
