Likumdošanas ietekme uz azartspēļu tirgu Latvijā, uzņēmuma ALFOR piemērā.

Abstract

Uzņēmuma veiksmīgas darbības pamatā ir pēc iespējas efektīvāk izmantotas iekšējās vides stiprās puses un ārējās vides piedāvātās iespējas, kā arī vājo pušu novēršana un ārējās vides draudu izmantošana savā labā. Makro vide satur visus ārējos spēkus un organizācijas, ar kurām uzņēmums sastopas savas ikdienas un stratēģiskajā darbībā. Ārējo vidi atsevišķs uzņēmums nevar kontrolēt, tomēr tās faktori var būtiski ietekmēt uzņēmuma darbību. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir aplūkot kā uzņēmuma darbību ietekmē uzņēmējdarbības valstiskā regulēšana un novērot kā praksē tiek savienoti valsts mērķi un uzņēmuma mērķi SIA „Alfor” piemērā, kā arī pētījuma rezultātā atklāt pozitīvās un negatīvās puses, kā arī rast problēmas risinājumus. Analīze veikta SIA „Alfor” darbībai, aplūkojot uzņēmuma reakciju uz izmaiņām likumdošanā. Pētījums balstīts uz zinātnisko literatūru, periodisko literatūru, uzņēmuma nepublicētajiem materiāliem, kā arī bakalaura darba autora personiskajiem novērojumiem.

In the background a successful activity of an enterprise is the usage of the strong points of inner environment and the options provided by external environment’s dangers and turning them to one’s advantage. Macro environment consists of all external forces and organizations, which the enterprise meets in its daily and strategically activity. The external environment cannot be controlled by a separate enterprise; nevertheless, its factors can substantially affect the activities of an enterprise. The main goal of the Bachelor paper is to look at the fact how the activities of an enterprise are affected by state control over business and to observe how the goals of the state and enterprise are combined taking the enterprise Alfor as an illustration, as well as to detect positive and negative sides and to find solutions. The analysis has been done for the activities of Alfor, looking at its reaction on changes in legislation. The research is based on scientific literature, periodical literature, unpublished materials of the enterprise, as well as the personal observation of the author.
