| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darbs” KuĦăa zarnu trakta KZT dekontaminācija māsas paksē”, darbs sastāv no 3 nodaĜām un 8 pielikumiem. Darba izstrādē analizēti 32 literatūras avoti par toksikoloăiju, toksikoloăisko pacientu ārstēšanas un aprūpes īpatnībām saistībā ar darba tēmu. Mērėis: noskaidrot māsu zināšanas par KZT dekontaminācijas metodēm. Hipotēze: KZT dekontaminācijas metodes izvēle un veikšana ir saistīta ar māsas specifiskajām zināšanām un toksikoloăiska pacienta aprūpes principu ievērošanu. Ar kvantitatīvās metodes palīdzību tika izdota aptaujas anketa ar 24 jautājumiem un bija piedāvāti atbilžu varianti. Ir konstatētas nepietiekamas māsu zināšanas toksikoloăijā un īpaši KZT dekontaminācijas metodēs. Analīzes/pētījuma rezultātos sniegtas rekomendācijas - veidot kursus toksikoloăijā RITN, uzĦemšanas nodaĜas un terapijas profila māsām. | dc.description.abstract | The theme of the present bachelor`s work is ”The decontamination of the alimentaryintestinal canal in the nursing practice”. The paper consists arranged in 3 chapters and 8 supplements. Within the process of the present research 32 sources of literature on toxicology, the peculiarities of the treatment and medical care of toxicological patients related to the theme of the paper have been analysed. The objective of the research is to, find out the knowledge of the nurses of the methods of the decontamination of the alimentary-intestinal canal. The hypothesis for the investigation is that the choise and the application of the decontamination method is related to the nurse`s specific knowledge and the observation of the nursing principles of the toxicological patients. With the help of the quantitative analysis method, based on a structured questionnaire, the analysis of the documents and the literature, the obtained data procesing as the present research instrument, the insufficient knowledge of the nurses in the sphere of toxicology and the methods of decontamination in particular has been stated.
