Abstract
Darbā ir ietverta autortiesību realizācijas problēmu analīze Internet datortīkla vidē. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot autortiesību realizācijas problēmu izraisošos un veicinošus faktorus, noskaidrot patreiz piemērojamo problēmu neitralizācijas pasākumu kompleksu, noskaidrot šī kompleksa efektivitāti un nepilnības un iespēju robežās formulēt vispārīgus piedāvājumus autortiesību realizācijas uzlabošanai Internet datortīklā.
Pētījuma rezultātā tika noskaidrota esošā autortiesību realizācijas problēmu neitralizācijas pasākumu kompleksa neadekvāts, neefektīvs raksturs. Tika formulēti tā trūkumi. Tika formulēti piedāvājumi autortiesību realizācijas uzlabošanai Internet datortīklā.
In the thesis there was made an analysis of the problems of enforcement of copyright law in the Internet. Aim of the study was to define problematic aspects of enforcement of copyright law in the Internet and within possible limits phrase general suggestions for the improvement of enforcement of copyright law in the Internet. As a result of the study made it was defined that the present complex of remedies applicable for neutralizing the problems is not appropriate and is not effective enough for the deemed purpose. Its flaws were phrased. During the study there were formulated suggestions for the improvement of enforcement of copyright law in the Internet.
