Abstract
Bakalaura darbā “Vides aktīvisma atspoguļojums Latvijas ziņu portālos” analizēts vides aktīvisma atspoguļojums Latvijas ziņu portālos “delfi.lv”, “lsm.lv”, “tvnet.lv” no 2018. gada līdz 2024. gadam. Pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt Latvijas interneta ziņu portālu saturu, noskaidrojot, kā atspoguļots vides aktīvisms un vai pārstāvēts aktīvistu viedoklis. Teorētisko bāzi veidoja vides sociālās konstruēšanas, reprezentācijas, rāmējuma teorijas, līdzīgi pētījumi un labās prakses piemēri. Izmantotās metodes bija kvantitatīvā kontentanalīze un intervijas. Kontentanalīzē atlasītas 499 publikācijas. Temats visbiežāk bijis “Aktīvistu protesta akcijas apraksts”, biežāk izmantota neitrāla valoda, iekļauts vides aktīvista citāts.
The bachelor's thesis “The coverage of environmental activism in Latvian news portals” analyzes the coverage of environmental activism on Latvian news portals “delfi.lv”, “lsm.lv”, “tvnet.lv” from 2018 to 2024. The aim of the thesis was to study the content of Latvian internet news portals, determining how environmental activism is covered and whether the activists' opinions are represented. The theoretical basis was formed by the theories of environmental social construction, representation and framing, similar studies and examples of good practice. The methods used were quantitative content analysis and interviews. 499 publications were selected for the content analysis. The most common topic was “Description of the activists' protest action”, most publications used neutral language and featured a quote from an environmental activist.
