Abstract
Darba tēma ir dažādu antidepresantu farmakoloģisko grupu terapeitiskās iedarbības salīdzinājums un to aprite aptiekās. Pieaugot depresijas izplatībai, īpaši aktuāla kļūst efektīvas un drošas farmakoterapijas izvēle. Darba mērķis – salīdzināt antidepresantu grupu efektivitāti un analizēt to lietošanas praksi Latvijā.
The topic of the work is a comparison of the therapeutic effects of different pharmacological groups of antidepressants and their circulation in pharmacies. As the prevalence of depression increases, the choice of effective and safe pharmacotherapy becomes particularly relevant. The aim of the work is to compare the effectiveness of antidepressant groups and analyze their use practices in Latvia. A literature analysis, a compilation of data on the circulation of medicines and a structured interview with a psychiatrist were conducted. The results show that SSRIs and SNRIs are more often used due to better tolerability, while TCAs are used in more severe cases. The choice of therapy is also influenced by state compensation mechanisms. The work offers proposals for personalized treatment of depression.
