| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt uzņēmuma Color Expert – Storch LV SIA darbinieku motivācijas sistēmu, tās īstenošanu darba procesā, novērtēt sistēmas efektivitāti un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās pilnveidošanai. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā pētīta motivācija jēdziena būtība, intelektuālo darbinieku loma un īpatnības. Otrajā nodaļā analizētas jaunākās motivācijas teorijas, kā arī vadītāja loma darbinieku motivācijā. Trešajā nodaļā veikts pētījums par uzņēmumu Color Expert – Storch LV SIA un Color Expert RU OOO darbinieku motivācijas sistēmu. Darba noslēgumā autore apkopojusi secinājumus un priekšlikumus Color Expert – Storch LV SIA uzņēmuma intelektuālo darbinieku motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošanai. | dc.description.abstract | The goal of the bachelors paper is to study motivation system of knowledge workers employed in the company Color Expert – Storch LV SIA, as well as the realization of this system in everyday working process, to evaluate its effiency and to develop suggestions on how to improve the system. The paper consists of 3 chapters. The first chapter presents the essence of motivation togeather with the role of knowledge workers and their peculiarities. In the second chapter the author analyzes the newest theories of motivation and the role of the leader in motivation process. In the third chapter the study is made on the Color Expert – Storch LV SIA and Color Expert RU OOO companies motivation system. Finishing the paper the author has summarized the conclusions and developed suggestions on how to improve the motivation system of Color Expert – Storch LV SIA company.
