Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Pacientu aprūpe zobārstniecībā pirms operācijas”. Mērķis-analizēt pacientu aprūpi zobārstniecībā pirms operācijas, pievēršot uzmanību viņu psiholoģiskai sagatavošanai un izglītošanai. Hipotēze–pacienta skatījumā ātrāku atveseļošanos veicina pirmsoperācijas izglītošana un psiholoģiskais atbalsts. Teorētiskajā daļā ir aplūkots materiāls par māszinības teorētiķes D. Oremas teorijas pielietošanu zobārstniecībā, par pacienta psiholoģisko sagatavošanu pirms operācijas, saskarsmes veidošanu starp māsu un pacientu, par pacienta stresu un baiļu samazināšanu, kā arī par māsas prasmi izglītot pacientu pirms operācijas un informēt pēc operācijas aktivitātēm. The aim-to analyse dentistry patient care before an operation paying the attention to a patient’s psychological feelings and learning. The hypothesis-on the patient’s mind the learning and psychological care before an operation can make recovery more quickly. The theoretical part of the dissertation consists of D. Oremas theory for dentistry nurses about a patient’s psychological feeling improvement before an operation, communication between a nurse and patient, reducing a patient’s stress and fears, nurse’s skills to educate a patient before an operation and give him the information after.
