Abstract
Darbā turpināta metodes izstrāde ātrai vienlaicīgai sešu biogēno amīnu masspektrometriskai noteikšanai alkoholiskos dzērienos. Metode balstās ar kompleksu veidošanos starp biogēniem amīniem un imidazolija grupu saturošu Brensteda skābes tipa jonu šķidrumu. Eksperimentāli ir pārbaudītas vairākas pieejas dibāzisko biogēno amīnu adsorbcijas tipa starpinjekciju pārneses samazināšanai ar mērķi uzlabot šo savienojumu kvantitatīvo noteikšanu mazākās koncentrācijās.
The method development for rapid simultaneous masspectrometric determination of biogenic amines in alcoholic beverages has been continued in this thesis. The method is based on the formation of complexes between biogenic amines and imidazolium-containing Brønsted acid. Many different approaches have been experimentally checked to diminish adsorptive carry-over of dibasic biogenic amines with the aim to improve their quantitative determination at lower concentrations.
