Darbinieku motivācija un attīstības iespējas uzņēmumā SIA Circle K Latvia

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir izpētīt darbinieku motivācijas iespējas uzņēmumā Circkle K Latvia un izstrādāt priekšlikumus attīstības iespējas darbinieku motivācijas veicināšanai. Bakalaura darba sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta. Pirmajā nodaļā autore veica pētāmā jautājuma teorētisko pamatojumu, noskaidrojot motivācijas teoriju un darbinieku motivācijas nozīmi. Otrajā nodaļā autore izpētīja Circle K Latvia uzņēmuma darbību un vidi, kā arī apskatīja uzņēmuma darbinieku motivācijas iespējas. Trešajā nodaļa autore veica pētījumu, kurā tika veikta aptauja un uzņēmumu darbinieku intervēšana. Tika izveidoti priekšlikumi darbinieku motivācijas attīstīšanai. Bakalaura darba noslēgumā tiek piedāvāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi SIA „Circle K Latvia” darbinieku motivācijas attīstīšanai un uzlabošanas iespējām

The aim of the paper is to study the possibilities of employee motivation in the company Circkle K Latvia and to develop proposals for the development of employee motivation opportunities. Bachelor paper consists of an introduction, tree chapters, conclusions and suggestions, used literature and source list. In the first chapter, author studied the theoretical substantiation of the research question, and studied the theory of motivation and the importance of employee motivation. In the second chapter, author studied the operation and environment of the company Circle K Latvia, and looked at the motivation possibilities of the company's employees. In the third chapter, author conducted survey and interviews in which were conducted employees of company, after that ere developed proposals for developing employee motivation. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, are offered conclusions and proposals for the development of motivation and improvement opportunities for the employees of SIA "Circle K Latvia"
