Emocionālās inteliģences attīstības veicināšanas iespējas vidusskolā

Abstract

Maģistra darbā "Emocionālās inteliģences attīstības veicināšanas iespējas vidusskolā" analizēta emocionālās inteliģences būtība un tās veicināšana agrīnajā jauniešu vecumposmā izglītības iestādē. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, kā emocionālo inteliģenci var veicināt skolas vidē. Pētījuma ietvaros tika aptaujāti pedagogi, kuri strādā ar skolēniem vidusskolas posmā, izstrādāts emocionālās inteliģences veicināšanas nodarbības plāns, aptaujāti 10.klašu skolēni, kuri piedalījās nodarbībā. Iegūtie dati tika izmantoti, lai secinātu, ar kādām metodēm var veicināt skolēnu emocionālo inteliģenci un vai tas ir nepieciešams vidusskolas posmā. Pētījuma rezultāti atklāja, ka izpratne par emocionālo inteliģenci ir vāja, taču ir nepieciešamība to veicināt skolā, izmantojot dažādas pedagoģiskās metodes.

The Master’s Thesis entitled "Opportunities for stimulating development of emotional intelligence at secondary schools" analyses the essence of emotional intelligence and its stimulation in teenage years at educational institution. The goal of the research is to establish how to enhance the emotional intelligence within the school environment. Within the framework of this research, pedagogues working with pupils at secondary level have been surveyed, a plan of a lesson for stimulation of emotional intelligence has been developed, and pupils of the tenth grade who had participated in the lesson have been surveyed. The gathered data has been used to conclude which approaches may stimulate the emotional intelligence of the pupils and whether it is required at the secondary level. The findings of the Master’s Thesis have revealed that the understanding of the emotional intelligence is low; however, it is necessary to stimulate it at school, by using various pedagogical approaches.
