Abstract

Darbā tiek apskatīti tādi jēdzieni, kā programmatūras izstrādes procesi, programmatūras izstrādes modeļi un audits. Galvenā uzmanība tiek pievērsta programmatūras izstrādes procesu auditam un tā nozīmei IT organizācijā. Darbā tiek aprakstīts programmatūras izstrādes procesu audits IT uzņēmumā un tas salīdzināts ar literatūras avotos aprakstīto procesu auditu. Darbā apkopoti un analizēti IT uzņēmuma audita rezultāti. Tiek noteiktas audita neatbilstību tendences un problemātiskie IT uzņēmuma procesi. Darbā tiek sniegtas rekomendācijas un iespējamie risinājumi problemātisko procesu uzlabošanai. This paper examines such topics as software development processes, models of software development and auditing. The centre of attention is audit of software development processes and it’s role and significance in an IT organisation. This paper describes the audit of software development processes in an IT company and compares it to the process audit described in various literatures. The results of audits of this IT organisation are summarised and analysed. This paper identifies the tendencies of non-compliances discovered by audits and identifies the problematic processes.
