Abstract
Maģistra darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 36 lapām. Tas satur 27 attēlus, 2 tabulas un 33 literatūras avotus.
Darba mērķis: noskaidrot, vai kataraktas novērtēšanā var izmantot pozitīva un negatīva kontrasta redzes asuma testus.
Dalībnieki un metode: eksperimentā piedalījās trīs pacientu grupas: kontroles grupas pacienti - 48 (86 acis); pacienti pēc kataraktas operācijas – 23 (32 acis); pacienti ar kataraktu – 172 (209 acis).Visiem pacientiem ar FrACT datorprogrammu tika noteikts monokulārs redzes asums pēc Maikelsona kontrasta (0,98 %)
Secinājumi: pozitīva un negatīva kontrasta redzes asuma testus var izmantot kā papildus testus kataraktas novērtēšanā.
