Studiju darbu atalgotais plaģiātisms sociālajās zinātnēs

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis bija uzzināt atalgoto plaģiātismu pieļaujošos faktorus. Pētījuma bāzi veido atalgotā plaģiātisma iespēju un piedāvājuma izplatības analīze, studentu un rakstītāju motivācijas analīze, izmantojot sludinājumu un mājaslapu sniegto informāciju, iepriekš veikto studentu un mācībspēku aptaujas, likumus, kā arī intervijas ar studiju darbu rakstītājiem un viņu anketēšana. Pētījuma objekts ir atalgotie studiju darbu rakstītāji, kas par maksu veic darbus sociālo zinātņu studentiem. Pētījuma priekšmets ir atalgoto plaģiātismu pieļaujošie faktori. Pētījums parādīja, ka atalgotā problēma veidojas kompleksi mijiedarbojoties korupcijai un paviršībai pasniedzēju vidū, kas rodas no zema atalgojuma, reāla soda trūkumu par plaģiātu un palīdzēšanu plaģiāta veikšanā, deviances kontroles nedarbošanās uz iesaistītajiem zemu risku dēļ.

The aim of the study was to discover factors that allow contract plagiarism to exist. The base of the study is comprised by analysis of the supply of possibilities to conduct contract cheating and analysis of the motivation of students and the writers. It is done by making use of information from advertisements and websites, surveys, laws as well as interviews with the student paper writers. The object of the study is student study work writers who do work for social science students. The subject of the study are factors that allow contract plagiarism to exist. The study showed that the problem is developed in a complex fashion by corruption and carelessness of professors (caused by low wages), the lack of sanctions for plagiarism and helping in conducting plagiarism and the social control of deviance not working because of low risks for the people involved.
