Abstract
Bakalaura darbu “Uzņēmējdarbības finansēšanas iespējas Baltijā” izstrādājis Ričards Saulītis. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt un salīdzināt uzņēmējdarbības finansēšanas iesējas Latvijā, Lietuvā un Igaunijā, analizējot gan teorētiskās nostādnes, gan praktiskos aspektus, pamatojoties uz uzņēmēju pieredzi. Bakalaura darbs pirmajā nodaļā ir apskatīti uzņēmējdarbības finansēšanas teorētiskie aspekti: kapitāla struktūras modeļi, finansējuma klasifikācija un alternatīvie instrumenti. Otrajā nodaļā ir veikta salīdzinošā analīze: Baltijas valstu ekonomiskā vide, banku un alternatīvo finanšu sektora attīstība, valstisko/ES atbalstu programmu novērtējums. Savukārt trešajā nodaļā tiek veikta MVU aptaujas rezultātu analīze, finansējuma piesaistes galveno šķēršļu un finansējuma izvēles kritēriju noteikšana Balstoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, izvirzīti priekšlikumi atbalsta mehānismu pilnveidei un alternatīvā finansējuma platformu popularizēšanai. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 78 lapas, tas ietver 21 attēlu, 5 tabulas un 36 izmantotos avotus.
The bachelor's thesis "Business financing opportunities in the Baltic States" was developed by Ričards Saulītis. The aim of the thesis is to explore and compare business financing opportunities in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia by analyzing both theoretical approaches and practical aspects based on entrepreneurs’ experiences. In the first chapter, theoretical aspects of business financing are examined: models of capital structure, classification of financing sources, and alternative instruments. The second chapter provides a comparative analysis of the Baltic states’ economic environments, the development of the banking and alternative finance sectors, and an evaluation of national and EU support programs. In the third chapter, results from an SME survey are analyzed, identifying the main obstacles to securing finance and the criteria for choosing financing sources. Based on the research findings, recommendations are proposed for enhancing support mechanisms and promoting alternative finance platforms.
