Priekšlikumi teritoriālo kopienu attīstībai un pārvaldībai Krāslavas novadā

Abstract

Maģistra darbā “Priekšlikumi teritoriālo kopienu attīstībai un pārvaldībai Krāslavas novadā” analizētas pieejas teritoriālo kopienu potenciāla izmantošanai vietas attīstības, demokrātijas un lauku telpas kontekstā. Pētījuma mērķis ir novērtēt Krāslavas novada teritoriālo kopienu potenciālu vietējā līmenī - Ozoliņu (Dagdas pagasts), Šķeltovas (Šķeltovas pagasts) un Indras (Indras pagasts) ciemu apkaimju kopienās, kā arī Krāslavas novada teritoriālo kopienu attīstības potenciālu un pārvaldību, analizējot kvantitatīvi un kvantitatīvi iegūto informāciju un datus. Uz izpētes pamata sniegti priekšlikumi teritoriālo kopienu attīstībai un pārvaldībai Krāslavas novadā. Darbs strukturāli ietver galvenās sadaļas - pieejas kopienas potenciāla izmantošanai un pārvaldībai, pētījuma rezultāti, diskusiju un priekšlikumus kopienu attīstībai un pārvaldībai.

The master's thesis "Proposals for the community development and management in Krāslava county" analyzes the approaches to using the potential of communities in the context of local development, democracy and rural space. The aim of the research is to assess the potential of the communities of Krāslava county at the local level - in the communities of Ozoliņi (Dagda parish) neighborhood, Šķeltova (Šķeltova parish) neighborhood and Indra (Indra parish) neighborhood, as well as the potential of communities development and management in whole Kraslava county, by analyzing quantitatively and quantitatively obtained information and data. Propositions for the development and management of communities in Krāslava dcounty are presented on the basis of research. The work includes main chapters - approaches to use and manage communities, research results, conclusions, and proposals for community development and management.
