Vīrieša tēla konstruēšana portāla TVNET sadaļā vīriešiem

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā “Vīrieša tēla konstruēšana portāla TVNET vīriešu sadaļā” tiks apzināts portāla veidotāju konstruētais vīrieša tēls, analizējot sadaļā atrodamos rakstus, lai konstruētu priekšstatu par vīrieti, ko piedāvā TVNET: vīrieša intereses, aizraušanās, bažas, ekspektācijas, attieksmes, vēlmes un lomas dzīvē. Bakalaura darbā svarīga loma atvēlēta arī internetam kā jaunajam medijam, kas piesaista plašas auditorijas un maina mediju lietošanas paradumus. Bakalaura darbā izvirzītā hipotēze: portāls TVNET reprezentē mūsdienu vīrieša interešu un problēmu spektru. Teorētiskā bāze ietver pētījumus par tēlu, internetu, dzīvesveidu un maskulinitāti. Par pētījuma metodēm kalpos kvantitatīvā kontentanalīze, kurā pēc kategorijām tiks analizēti publicētie raksti, un dzīļā intervija ar Vīriešu sadaļas redaktoru Edgaru Žildi. Rezultātā tika apzināts TVNET piedāvātais vīrieša tēls un izdarīti secinājumi par šī vīrieša dzīves galvenajām komponentēm.

In bachelor’s paper “Construction of man’s image in Internet portal TVNET Section for men” the image constructed by the editors of TVNET was analyzed by studying the articles avalaible in the section. An important role in the bachelor’s paper was devoted to the Internet in terms of new media, which attracts wide audiences and changes the practices of media usage. Hypothesis: TVNET represents the spectra of interests and problems of a modern man. Theoretical material includes research on image, Internet, lifestyle and masculinity. Research methods are the following: quantitative content analysis and interview with the editor of men’s section Edgars Žilde. As a result the image of man proffered by TVNET was aknowledged and conclusions about man’s major life components were drawn.
