Abstract
Neiromediatoru kvantitatīva noteikšana žurku smadzeņu paraugos ar šķīdruma hromatogrāfiju - masspektrometriju. Gurina A., Zinātniskais vadītājs ķīmijas programmas doktorants Kristaps Kļaviņš.
Quantification of rat brain neurotransmitters using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Gurina A.. Scientific supervisor Chemistry program PhD student Kristap Klavins. Bachelor thesis 36 pages, the 19 files, 9 tables , 23 sources. In Latvian. LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY, MASS SPECTROMETRY, NEUROTRANSMITTERS The theoretical part of this work contains a literature review about general principles of HPLC-MS , role of neurotransmitters in human organism as well as summary about neurotransmitters quantification methods with HPLC-MS. The method development for quantification of neurotransmitters in rat brains are described in the experimental section. Method parameters as limit of quantification, limit of detection and linearity were set. Quantification of neurotransmitters in rat brain samples using developed method was performed.
