Abstract
Šajā darbā tika apskatīta informācijas sistēmu klasifikācija, uzņēmuma resursu plānošanas sistēmas (ERP) definīcija un tās vieta IS klasifikācijā. Tika apskatīti ERP sistēmu ieviešanas teorētiskie aspekti, izstrādes un pielāgošanas specifika, kā arī tika izanalizēti vairāki ERP sistēmas ieviešanas projekti Latvijas uzņēmumos.
This paper describes the classification of information systems, the enterprise resource planning system (ERP) definition and its place in the information systems classification. It also shows implementation of theoretical aspects, development and customization specifics as well as analyzes several ERP system implementation projects in Latvian companies.
