Atlases un apmācības loma personāla vadīšanas politikas pilnveidošanā starptautiskajā uzņēmumā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs ir veltīts vienam no vissvarīgākajiem jebkura uzņēmuma konkurētspēju un pat izdzīvošanu noteicošiem faktoriem - uzņēmuma personālam. Pētījuma objekts ir SEB AB Rīgas filiāle. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka ekonomiskās krīzes lejupslīdes dēļ pētāmais starptautiskais uzņēmums ir krasi samazinājis darbinieku skaitu, līdz ar to konkurētspējas nodrošināšanā lielu lomu spēlē esošo darbinieku potenciāla efektīva izmantošana, kā arī kompetentu darbinieku piesaiste. No vairākām personālvadīšanas funkcijām darbā uzmanība ir pievērsta atlases un apmācības procesam. Bakalaura darbā ir izanalizētas starptautiskā uzņēmuma personāla atlases un apmācības procesu īpatnības un izstrādāti priekšlikumi šo personālvadīšanas funkciju realizācijas pilnveidošanai. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trim daļām, nobeiguma, izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta, pielikumiem. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek analizēts atlases un apmācības process. Analītiskajā daļā tiek apskatīti pētāmā starptautiskā uzņēmuma uzdevumi un funkcijas, struktūra, personāla vadības vieta organizācijas struktūrā un tās darbības apraksts. Šajā daļā autors raksturo personāla struktūru, kā arī personāla atlases un apmācības procesu uzņēmumā. Praktiskajā daļā, pamatojoties uz veikto analīzi un personāla vadības teorētiskajām nostādnēm, autors izstrādā rekomendāciju kompleksu problēmu novēršanai. This Bachelor Paper is devoted to one of the most important defining factors of any enterprise competitiveness and even survival. The object of the search is SEB AB enterprise. The actuality of the theme is defined by economic crisis decline due to that SEB AB has radically reduced the number of employees as a result the essential role of providing competitiveness creates effective implementation of the potential existing employed staff and involvement of qualified proficient employed staff and involvement of qualified proficient employees the focus of all management functions is on the process of selection and teaching staff. The aim of the Bachelor Paper is to analyse SEB AB process of selection, teaching and carrying out suggestions how to develop the implementation of the staff management functions. This Bachelor Paper consists of introduction, three parts, and conclusion, the list of references and sources, and appendixes. In the theoretical part the process of selection and teaching is analysed. In the analytical part activity SEB AB history, structure, the place of staff management in the structure of organization and its activities have been searched and described throughout the Paper. The characteristics of the staff structure and the process of selection and teaching in the enterprise has been found out. In the practical part is based on the fulfilled analysis and theoretical approaches to the staff management, the author has carried out solutions to dealing with problems.
