Abstract
Bakalaura darbā „Pacientu aprūpe ar torakostomu intensīvās terapijas palātā” apkopota aktuāla informācija par pacientu aprūpi, pielietojot V. Hendersones pamatvajadzību teoriju. Intensīvās terapijas māsas praksē realizē V. Hendersones māszinību teorijā aprakstītas pamatvajadzības. Pētījuma darba mērķis - aprakstīt aprūpes īpatnības pacientiem ar torakostomu intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Pētījumā praktiskā daļā veikti pētījuma uzdevumi - analizēt un apkopot literatūras un informācijas avotus par izvēlēto tēmu un māszinību teoriju; izveidot pētījuma instrumentu – novērošanas protokolu; veikt novērošanu intensīvās terapijas un reanimācijas nodaļās; izanalizēt kvalitatīvi iegūtus rezultātus un apkopot tos; apkopot secinājumus. Pētījuma hipotēze - intensīvās terapijas māsas var pielietot V. Hendersones teoriju pacientu aprūpē ar torakostomu – ir pierādīta ar pētījuma rezultātiem. This bachelor’s work „Patient Care with thoracostomy in intensive care unit” gathered up-to date information on patient care, by applying the most basic needs theory by V. Henderson. The intensive care nurses in their practice use the V.Henderson’s basic needs that is described in nursing theory. The aim of the study – to describe the care of patients with thoracostomy in intensive care unit. The practical part of the study performed the following tasks - to analyze and summarize the literature and sources of information about the selected topic and nursing theory; to create the instrument – observation protocol; to perform monitoringi n intensive therapy and reanimatioon departaments; to analyse the results obtained and collect them; to summarise conclusions. The study hypothesis hypothesis – intensive therapy nurses can apply V. Hendersons theory in the care of patients with thoracostomy – id proven by the results of the study.
