Scrum metodes pielietojums projektu efektivitātes paaugstināšanai

Abstract

Mūsdienās programmatūras izstrādē arvien vairāk tiek lietotas spējās metodes. Pašlaik populārākā ir Scrum metode, kuru lietojot kopā ar spējām praksēm, var sasniegt augstu produktivitāti un kvalitāti. Darbs veikts ar mērķi izpētīt vai Scrum un spējo prakšu lietojuma apmērs ietekmē projekta rezultātu. Darbā apkopota informācija par dažām pašlaik populārām spējām metodēm un praksēm, izpētīts kādiem nosacījumiem jābūt izpildītiem, lai sasniegtu augstu projekta efektivitāti, un, izmantojot pārbaudītas projektu diagnostikas metodes, noteikts spējo prakšu lietojuma apmērs divos programmatūras izstrādes projektos.

Nowadays agile methodologies are being more increasingly used. Currently the most popular methodology is Scrum, using which alongside with agile practices, a high level of productivity and quality can be reached. The present paper has been worked out with the objective to research if the amount of Scrum usage and the agile practices influences the result of the project. The present paper contains the information regarding several currently popular agile methodologies and practices, depicts the conditions to be fulfilled in order to achieve a high level of project efficiency and, by using tested diagnostic methods of the projects, it denotes the amount of agile practice usage within the two software development projects.
