"BRITU UN AMERIKĀŅU ANGĻU VALODAS APGUVE C1 LĪMENĪ: MĀCĪBU GRĀMATU ANALĪZE"

Abstract

Angļu valoda ir oficiālā valoda vairākās pasaules valstīs, bet katras angļu valodā runājošās valsts ģeogrāfiskās koordinātas un vēsture ietekmē veidu, kā valoda tiek runāta. Šī pētījuma mērķis bija atklāt kuras valodas prasmes attīstīšanai ir vēltīti visvairāk uzdevumu un kādi uzdevumu veidi mācību grāmatās ir izmantoti visbiežāk priekš britu un amerikāņu angļu valodas apguves. Pētījums iekļāva divu mācību grāmatu analīzi. Pētījums sniedza gan kvalitatīvus, gan kvantitatīvus rezultātus. Saskaņā ar pētījumā rezultātiem, visvairāk mācību grāmatās iekļautie uzdevumi ir vēltīti studentu runāšanas spēju attīstīšanai un visbiežāk izmantotais uzdevumu veids priekš valodas apguves ir trenēšanās uzdevumi.

Even though English is the official language of several nations in numerous places throughout the globe, each English-speaking nation's history and physical location have an impact on how the language is spoken in the respective location. The goal of this research was to find out which language skill has the most tasks devoted to and what task types are used more frequently in course books in order to acquire British and American English. The study involved the analysis of two course books. The research has yielded both qualitative and quantitative results. According to the findings, course books focus the most on developing the English as a Foreign Language learners' speaking skills and the most frequently used task type for language acquisition is practising tasks.
