Pacientu izglītošanas process veselības aprūpē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir Pacientu izglītošanas process veselības aprūpē Pētījuma mērķis: izpētīt pacientu izglītošanas procesa pilnveides iespējas veselības aprūpes jomā. Bakalaura darba pirmajā nodaļā autore teorētiski analizējusi pacientu izglītošanas un apmācības galvenās nostādnes un konceptus. Ir pamatota pacientu izglītošanas aktualitāte ambulatorajā veselības aprūpē, raksturots pacientu izglītošanas process un tā posmi, kā arī māsas līdzdalības nozīme pacientu un viņu tuvinieku izglītošanas procesā. Otrajā nodaļā ir raksturots pacientu izglītošanas saturs minot tādas ar pacientu izglītošanas jomas kā pacientu ar kardiovaskulāro slimību apmācība regulāras paškontroles veikšanai, cukura diabēta pacientu apmācība, aktivitāšu apmācība insulta pacientiem, vakcinācijas nepieciešamības apmācība un veselīga dzīvesveida apmācība. Trešajā nodaļā autore veikusi empīrisku pētījumu kurā noskaidrota pacientu izglītošanas procesa pilnveides iespēju aktualitāte veselības aprūpes jomā Izvirzītā pētījuma hipotēze: "pacientu izglītošanas process ambulatorā veselības aprūpē tiek veikts nepilnīgi, ir apstiprinājusies. Bakalaura darba noslēgumā autore ir izstrādājusi secinājumus un priekšlikumus pacientu izglītošanas procesa pilnveidei ambulatorajā veselības aprūpē. Darbs sastāv no 43 lpp, darbā iekļauti 16 attēli un izmantoti 24 literatūras avoti.

The theme of the bachelor’s thesis is “Patient education process in healts care” . Aim of the study: to investigate the patient education process in outpatient health care. In the first chapter of the bachelor’s thesis, the author theoretically analyzed the main concept of patient education. The topicality of patient education in outpatient health care is justified, the patient education process and it is stages are described, as well as the role of nurse participation in the education of patients and their relatives. In the second chapter describes the content of patient education by mentioning areas of patient education such as cardiovascular patient education for regular self-control, diabetes patient education, activity education for stroke patients, vaccination education, and healthy lifestyle education. Hypothesis: "Patient education process in outpatient health care is incomplete” confirmed. At the end of the Bachelor's thesis the author has developed conclusions and suggestions for improvement of the patient education process in outpatient health care. The work consists of 43 pages, 16 images are included and 24 literature sources are used.
