Abstract

Finanšu analīze ir ļoti būtiska sastāvdaļa, lai varētu novērtēt uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli, kā arī laicīgi identificēt riskus, īpaši mainīgos tirgus apstākļos. Darba būtība ir uzņēmuma finansiālās stabilitātes novērtējums un attīstības potenciālajās iespējas. Darba mērķis ir veikt visaptverošu finanšu analīzi, analizējot bilances un PZA pārskatu strukturālo dinamiku, kā arī analizēt rentabilitātes, likviditātes, aprites un maksātspējas koeficientus un tos salīdzināt ar nozares rādītājiem Latvijā. Balstoties uz finanšu analīzi, izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma tālākai attīstībai. Tika konstatēts, ka uzņēmumam ir augsta finansiālā stabilitāte un zema bankrota iestāšanās varbūtība, tomēr ir identificēta neefektivitāte debitoru postenī, kam autore izstrādāja konkrētus priekšlikumus.

Financial analysis is a crucial element in assessing the financial position of a company and in identifying risks in a timely manner, especially in changing market conditions. The nature of the work is an assessment of the company's financial stability and potential development opportunities. The objective of the work is to perform a comprehensive financial analysis by analysing the structural dynamics of the balance sheet and PnL reports, as well as to analyse the profitability, liquidity, circulation and solvency factors and compare them with the indicators of the sector in Latvia. Based on the financial analysis, draw conclusions and make proposals for further development of the company. The company was found to have high financial stability and low probability of going bankrupt, however inefficiencies in the receivables for which the author made specific proposals have been identified.
