Abstract
Maģistra darba “Valsts ieņēmumu dienesta tēls sabiedrībā Latvijas valsts pārvaldes ietvaros” mērķis ir: izpētīt un izvērtēt galvenos Valsts ieņēmumu dienesta (VID) tēla veidošanās nosacījumus un sniegt priekšlikumus tā uzlabošanai sabiedrības acīs. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi autore izvirza pētījuma jautājumu un piecus darba uzdevumus. Analizējot pētījumu rezultātus darba autore sniedz atbildi uz pētāmo jautājumu, kā arī sniedz priekšlikumus VID tēla uzlabošanai sabiedrības acīs. Darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām: Darba pirmajā nodaļā aplūkotas zīmola tēla veidošanās pamatteorijas, valsts pārvaldes koncepts un sabiedrības uztveres nozīme. Otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēta VID darbība un sabiedrības vērtējums, iekļaujot statistikas datus un piemērus no iestādes komunikācijas prakses. Darba trešajā daļā, balstoties uz empīriski gūtajiem datiem, tiek sniegti ieteikumi turpmākai VID tēla pilnveidei, kā arī izvērtēta pētījuma rezultātu izmantošana plašākā valsts pārvaldes kontekstā. Kopējais darba lapaspušu skaits bez literatūras un avotu saraksta un pielikumiem ir 100 lappuses, 36 attēli un 5 pielikumi. Darbā izmantoti 63 literatūras avoti.
The aim of the Master's thesis “The Image of the State Revenue Service in Society within the Framework of Latvian Public Administration” is to examine and evaluate the main conditions for the formation of the image of the State Revenue Service (SRS) and to provide suggestions for its improvement in the eyes of the public. To achieve the goal of the thesis, the author formulates a research question and defines five research tasks. By analyzing the research results, the author answers the research question and offers recommendations for improving the public image of the SRS. The work consists of three chapters: The first chapter explores the basic theories of brand image formation, the concept of public administration, and the importance of public perception. The second chapter analyzes the operations of the SRS and the public’s assessment, including statistical data and examples from the institution’s communication practices. The third chapter provides recommendations for the further development of the SRS image based on empirically obtained data and evaluates the applicability of the research results in a broader public administration context. The total number of pages of the paper without the list of literature and attachments is 100 pages, which includes 36 images and 5 attachments. The number of units used in the list of sources and literature is 63.
