Abstract
Pētnieciskais darbs izstrādāts par publiskās pieejas tiešsaistes kataloga nozīmīgām mūsdienu funkcijām - dokumentu elektronisko pasūtīšanu, rezervēšanu un izsnieguma termiņu pagarināšanu lietotājiem interneta vidē. Darba gaitā pētīta Valsts nozīmes bibliotēku kopkataloga e-pakalpojumu atbilstība lietotāju vajadzībām, kā arī noskaidrots, vai kopkataloga kvalitāte ļauj nodrošināt lietotājus ar mūsdienīgu un kvalitatīvu e-pakalpojumu interneta vidē.

This research paper is elaborated on relevant contemporary functions of online public access catalog - electronic ordering and reservation of documents and prolongation of the term of delivery for users in the Internet environment. There was made an investigation of the adequacy of e-services of the State Significance Libraries’Union Catalogue to users’ needs, as well as verified if the quality of union catalogue meets the requirements of users in up-to-date and qualitative e-services in the Internet environment.
