Abstract
Promocijas darba „Cilvēkresursu vadīšanas novērtēšanas metodes un to
pilnveidošanas virzieni Latvijas lielajos uzĦēmumos” mērėis ir izstrādāt jaunas
cilvēkresursu vadīšanas efektivitātes novērtēšanas metodes, lai pilnveidotu
cilvēkresursu vadīšanas procesus Latvijas lielajos uzĦēmumos.
Pirmajā nodaĜā aprakstīta cilvēkresursu vadīšanas novērtēšanas būtība un
metodes. Cilvēkresursu vadīšanas novērtēšanas nepieciešamība pamatota ar vairāku
starptautisku pētījumu analīzi. Otrajā nodaĜā sniegts cilvēkresursu vadīšanas
novērtēšanas raksturojums Latvijas uzĦēmumos, pamatojoties uz autores veiktā
pētījuma rezultātu analīzi. Trešajā nodaĜā izklāstītas autores izstrādātās cilvēkresursu
vadīšanas novērtēšanas metodes un to lietošanas iespējas. Darba noslēgumā sniegti
secinājumi un priekšlikumi.
Promocijas darbā ir 139 lapaspuses, 13 tabulas, 31 attēls, 18 pielikumi un 111
izmantotās literatūras avoti.

The goal of the dissertation „Methods of Human Resource Management Evaluation and Directions for Their Improvement in Large Enterprises of Latvia” is to establish new methods for efficiency evaluation of human resource management to improve processes of human resource management in large enterprises of Latvia. The first chapter covers the nature and methods of evaluation of human resource management. The necessity of evaluation of human resource management has been based on the analysis of several international surveys. The second chapter provides the characteristics of evaluation of human resource management in enterprises of Latvia, based on the analysis of the research conducted by the author. The third chapter describes the methods of evaluation of human resource management developed by the author and the possibilities of using these methods. Conclusions and suggestions conclude the paper. The dissertation consists of 139 pages. It contains 13 tables, 31 pictures, 18 appendices and 111 sources.
