Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir „Vispārizglītojošās Izglītības iestādes vadības darbība labvēlīga psiholoģiskā mikroklimata veidošanā”. Maģistra darba tēma izvēlēta tā, lai veiktā darba rezultāti būtu noderīgi izglītības iestādes vadībai un pedagogiem. Blakus tam darba tēmas aktualitāti nosaka mūsdienu izglītības iestāžu multikulturālais kolektīva sastāvs, iespējamās izglītības iestādes vadītāja administrēšanas stila variācijas un vadības iespējas labvēlīga psiholoģiskā mikroklimata veidošanā, pilnveidošanā un uzturēšanā. Maģistra darba mērķis ir noteikt un pamatot vadības iespējas un darbību labvēlīga psiholoģiskā mikroklimata veicināšanā vidusskolā. Darba teorētiski pētnieciskais un praktiski pētnieciskais pamatojums apliecina, ka maģistra darba izvēlētā tematika ir aktuāla mūsdienās. Pētāmajai problēmai ir atrasti risinājumi, kuri tika atspoguļoti gan teorētisko nodaļu kopsavilkumos, gan praktiskajā pētījumā.

The theme of this Master Thesis is „General Education Establishment Guidance towards the Provision of Enabling Psychological Environment”. The Master Thesis topic is chosen to fit the needs of educational establishment governing body as well as teachers. Moreover, nowadays, the topicality of the theme is stated by multicultural educational establishment staff, possible administration styles and the opportunities which lie in the hands of educational establishment management body for the provision, perfection and maintenance of enabling psychological environment. The goal of the following Master Paper is to state and justify the governing body opportunities and activities towards the provision of enabling psychological environment in a secondary school. The theoretical and practical researches confirm that the theme of the current Master Thesis is topical these days. The solutions for the studied problem have been found out and stated both throughout the theoretical and practical basis of the Paper.
