Informācijas pieejamība redzes invalīdiem internetā: problēmas un risinājumi

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tiek izklāstītas ar pieejamību saistītās problēmas, atrasta saikne starp pieejamības problēmām un redzes invalīdu piekļuvi interneta saturam. Darbā aplūkotas populārākās palīgprogrammas, kas paredzētas redzes invalīdiem darbam ar datoru, izpētīta Latvijā veidoto mājas lapu pieejamība redzes invalīdiem: *izmantojot ekrānlasošo programmu, izpētīta Labklājības ministrijas mājas lapa, * izstrādāta redzes invalīdiem pieejama, starptautiskiem standartiem atbilstoša informācijas lapa ar aptaujas anketu, * apkopotas iegūtās redzes invalīdu atbildes un atsauksmes, *veikta intervija ar aplūkotās jomas speciālistu, konstatētas nepilnības mājas lapās, sniegti ieteikumi par risinājumiem to uzlabošanai.

In the bachelor’s work problems of accessibility are stated, connection with accessibility problems and the accessibility of visually impaired people to the information on the Internet are found. The most popular programs, that are meant for visually impaired people’s work with the computer, are being inspected, and the accessibility of home pages made in Latvia for visually impaired people is being researched: *Using screenreader program, the home page of ministry of welfare is researched, *Information page with a questionnaire that is accessible for visually impaired people and is up to international standards is worked out, *Answers and references of visually impaired people are summarized, *Interview is made with the specialist of the examined theme, gaps in home pages are found and suggestions for improvement are given.
