Projekts Atputas bāzes "Pie Zuša Kunga" izveidošana

Abstract

Dotā maģistra darba tēma – Projekts „Atpūtas bāzes “Pie Zuša Kunga” izveidošana”. Projekta mērķis ir izveidot jaunu uzņēmumu, kurš nodarbosies ar pakalpojumu sniegšanu tūrisma jomā. Uzņēmumu tiek plānots dibināt 2009.gada janvāra mēnesī. Tas tiks reģistrēts uzņēmumu komercreģistrā kā sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību. Uzņēmumu dibinās divi cilvēki – Aina Putāne un Andris Zušs. Dibinot uzņēmumu, plānots veikt iemaksu pamatkapitālā 40’000 latu apmērā, kā arī tiks veikts mantiskais ieguldījums. Aina Putāne uzņēmuma īpašumā nodos zemi un automašīnu, bet Andris Zušs – pirti. Uz šīs zemes arī tiek plānots realizēt projektu. Uzņēmuma juridiskā adrese tiks deklarēta Ludzā, Skolas ielā 15, faktiskā adrese - Ludzas rajons, Ciblas novads, Līdumnieku pagasts, Kurjanova. Pamatojoties uz to, ka Ludzas rajonā ir skaista daba, bet tūrisma sektors ir vāji attīstīts, radās ideja izveidot atpūtas bāzi pie Kurjanovas ezera. Realizējot projektu, tiks atbilstoši ierīkota uzņēmuma teritorija.

The aim of the project is to establish a new enterprise, whose scope of economic activity will be tourism services provision. The founding of the company is planned for January 2009. Two persons, Aina Putāne and Andris Zušs will be founders of the company. By establishment of the company the planned settlement into the fixed capital amounts to the extent of LVL 40 000.00, and contribution of tangible investment is also planned. Aina Putāne will transfer a land plot and automobile, but Andris Zušs will transfer sauna to the company’s ownership. It is planned that the implementation of the project will take place on the relevant land plot. „Recreational” services will also be offered for clients, for instance, house rental, tent place rent, picnic area, swimming zone, boat rent, rent of sauna and recreation premises, fishing services, etc.
