Bez regresa hipotekāro kredītu ieviešanas potenciālā ietekme uz kreditēšanu Latvijā.

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Bez regresa hipotekāro kredītu ieviešanas potenciālā ietekme uz kreditēšanu Latvijā”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir, izmantojot teorētiskos materiālus, pasaules pieredzi, izstrādāt ieteikumus bezregresa hipotekārā kredīta ieviešanai Latvijā. Darba pirmajā nodaļā autors pēta kredīta definējumus un kreditēšanas noteicošos faktorus. Darba otrajā daļā tiek pētīta bez regresa un regresa nosacījumu ietekmi uz hipotekārās kreditēšanas aktivitāti, riskiem un izmaksām. Trešajā nodaļā autors izpēta bezregresa un regresa hipotekāro kredītu ietekmi uz hipotekāro kreditēšanu, aplūkojot ASV pieredzi kreditēšanas jomā un kreditēšanas stāvokli Latvijā. Darba apjoms ir 78 lapaspuses. Darbā ir iekļauti 17 attēli, 2 tabulas. Izmantotās literatūras avotu saraksts satur 79 avotus.

The theme of the master thesis is ‘’Potential influence of implementation of non-recourse mortgage loans in Latvia’’. The aim of the master thesis is to develop suggestions for implementation of non-recourse loans in Latvia by using theoretical materials and international experience. In the first chapter of the paper the author studies credit definitions and determining factors of crediting. In the second chapter the author studies influence of non-recourse and recourse provision on mortgage crediting activity, risks and expenses. In the third chapter the author studies influence of non-recourse and recourse mortgage credits on mortgage crediting, by studying experience of the USA in field of crediting and situation of crediting in Latvia. The total volume of the paper is 78 pages. The paper consists of 17 pictures, 2 tables and source list, which includes 79 sources.
